She graduated from the Faculty of Law, the Masaryk University Brno in 2000. In 2001, she successfully finished her thesis on the topic “Legal status of limited partners”. She has been an attorney since 2003.
She specializes in commercial law (especially foundations of business companies, corporate changes, fusions of corporations, contract law etc.), civil law, family law and labor law. JUDr. Lucie Ševčíková is also a defense attorney at many court proceedings concerning commercial and criminal cases.
She is fluent in English.
